DALE KNUTSON, PMP,  Owner and Principal utilizing his background and experience to provide executive   leadership coaching for the success of individuals, project teams, and   organizations through expert application of project tools and methods.     

Dale brings more than 30 years of executive,   project planning, execution strategy, operations, and program management   experience. He is well versed in U.S. National Laboratory, Commercial, and   Federal leadership roles. His coaching   and leadership experience includes leadership roles at Pacific Northwest   National Laboratory, Argonne National Laboratory, SLAC National Accelerator   Laboratory, and Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. Dale has also demonstrated project delivery   in industrial oil and gas, nuclear systems and nuclear processing,   manufacturing, environmental restoration, scientific program, and volunteer   leadership environments. His principle   approach is to adapt project based methods to strategic planning and   organizational approach while improving organizational focus and   sustainability. 

Dale is an effective   communicator, public speaker, team and organizational leader. Creator of the Medallion Model of project   delivery; Dale has been a mentor to   hundreds of Project Management Professional (PMP) candidates as they pursue   their professional careers.

JOY KNUTSON,

Owner and President of Knutson Associates, Inc., bringing over 30 years of operational, commercial, project and office professional experience. As research operations manager at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) for the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory, Joy was responsible for integrating operational requirements with the demands of a highly diverse technical staff. She has extensive experience with development of operating procedures and the maintenance and deployment of operating requirements.  This knowledge and experience provides a full suite of business, project and operational infrastructure capabilities for our clients and improves our focus on client needs.

KAI incorporated in Bozeman Montana in 2015, then relocated to Eastern Washington state in 2021  to diversify our quality of life and client base.
